All students can have access to support services throughout the school year. Students may be referred for support by staff, parents, and self-referral. Once a student is referred, the department will determine if the student qualifies for temporary, short-term, or on-going services based off of the student's functioning in the school setting and/or personal crisis. If a student is functioning appropriately in the school environment but not others, than outside services may be recommended. The Resources tab above lists some of the local supports in the area.
